How much does a birthday party at Botfit cost?

Birthday packages are ₹1,299 per person (Happy), ₹1,499 (Happier) and ₹1,699 (Happiest), with a minimum billing of ₹20,000 and prices exclusive of GST. At ₹1,299 per person the minimum works out to about 16 guests. Every package includes hosting, coordinator-led games, food, cake setup and full venue access.

What is included in a Botfit birthday package?

Every package includes a dedicated party host and event coordinator, 10+ coordinator-led games for kids and adults, a personalised digital invitation, a customised birthday standee, cake setup, food from our in-house BotCafe kitchen, and access to the sports arena, garden and cafe.

Is the food really unlimited?

Yes. The package numbers describe how many menu items you choose — for example 3 starters on the Happy package — and every item you choose is then served unlimited, as much as your guests want. Unlimited servings, from the menu you select.

How long is a birthday party slot?

Each party runs in a private 2.5-hour slot, and there are six slots a day. On weekdays: 10:00 AM–12:30 PM, 12:00–2:30 PM, 2:00–4:30 PM, 5:00–7:30 PM, 6:00–8:30 PM and 8:00–10:30 PM. On weekends the early-evening slot moves to 4:00–6:30 PM and the rest are the same. Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot.

Is there a minimum number of guests or a minimum spend?

Botfit works to a minimum billing of ₹20,000 rather than a fixed headcount. At the Happy rate of ₹1,299 per person that is roughly 16 guests; smaller groups are welcome as long as the ₹20,000 minimum is met. Prices are per person and exclusive of GST.

What ages is Botfit suitable for?

All ages — the coordinators pick and adapt games to match the group, so the same venue works for young children, teenagers, families and corporate teams. School trip programmes are designed for ages 3 to 14.

Which games do you run at a party?

Our coordinator-led activity list runs to more than 30 options, including Hula Hoop Escape, Balloon Stampede, Chinese Whispers, Obstacle Course, Cup Caterpillar, Cone Snatching, Musical Freeze, Fast Four Relay, Human Tic-Tac-Toe, Mannequin Hoop, Balloon Pop Relay, Human Knot, Balloon Train Relay, Last Balloon Standing, Cup Balance Relay, Catch and Duck, The Floor is Lava, Knock the Cup Down, Build the Empire, Fortress Defense, Defend the Egg and Cone Transfer Relay, plus foam pit and trampoline time. The Happy package includes 5–7 coordinator-led activities and the Happier and Happiest packages include 10 or more. Coordinators also build custom games around your group's age, size and energy.

Do you provide decorations?

Basic decor and a standard cake table are included in the Happy package. Happier adds custom theme decoration, a themed cake table and a customised digital standee, and Happiest includes full venue decor. A fully themed setup — custom backdrop, balloon installation, name foil letters and character standees — is available as a ₹5,000 add-on.

What entertainment add-ons can we book?

Add-ons are priced per act and include a magic show (₹5,000), bubble act (₹4,000), puppet show (₹4,000), face painting (₹5,000), caricature (₹7,000), tattoo artist (₹3,500), nail art (₹4,000), hair beading (₹4,500), bracelet making (₹3,500), art and craft (₹6,000), ball pool (₹6,000), bouncy (₹6,000), Charlie Chaplin (₹4,500) and a photographer (₹7,000).

Do Jevika & Joy appear at the party?

Yes — a live appearance by Jevika & Joy, our own celebration heroes, is included in the Happiest package. They welcome the children, join the games, appear at the cake cutting and pose for photos.

How do we book, and what is the deposit?

A ₹5,000 non-refundable deposit confirms your booking and slot. Card payments carry an additional 3% charge. In case of postponement the booking amount can be adjusted against a future party, subject to availability.

Is the venue supervised and safe?

Yes. Professionally trained coordinators lead every activity from start to finish, and the play zones are monitored throughout. Botfit is a fully indoor 15,000+ sq ft arena, so parties run in any weather.

Do you host corporate events?

Yes. Corporate packages are ₹1,800 per person for a 3-hour Silver event, ₹2,000 for a 4-hour Gold event and ₹2,200 for a 5-hour Platinum event — all on a private floor with veg and non-veg catering, coordinator-led team building, and options like custom branding, karaoke, a live singer and a Zumba session.

Do you host school trips?

Yes. School programmes run 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM for ages 3 to 14, for groups of 30 to 150 students, with a 10:1 student-to-coordinator ratio and 2 accompanying teachers hosted complimentary. NEP-aligned team games and healthy snacks from our in-house kitchen are included; activities span cricket, archery, basketball, gymnastics, foam pit and puzzles. Most schools arrange their own transport, and we can assist in coordinating buses through trusted vendors.

How many guests can Botfit host at once?

Up to 200 guests for birthday parties and corporate events, and up to 150 students for school trips. Dedicated hosts manage the flow of games, food and celebration so large groups feel lively rather than crowded.

Is there parking at Botfit, and what is the nearest metro station?

Yes — dedicated parking for roughly 40–50 cars in and around the venue, and for very large events our team guides guests to additional nearby parking. The nearest metro stations are Sector 55–56 and Sector 56 on the Rapid Metro, a short cab or auto ride away. We share location pins and arrival instructions before every event.
