Organising a school trip means answering the same three questions every time: is it safe, will every child actually be engaged, and how much work lands on the teachers? Here is how a day at Botfit answers all three — with the real numbers.
Built for whole classes, not just outings
Botfit is a 15,000+ sq ft indoor arena in Sector 60, Gurugram, and school programmes are designed for groups from 30 up to 150 students at a time — a single class or an entire grade. Because the venue is fully indoor, the day runs the same in June heat, monsoon rain or January fog.
Activities are customized by age group across ages 3–14: cricket, archery, basketball, gymnastics, foam pit, barrier games and puzzles, alongside NEP-aligned team games that build teamwork, leadership, coordination and problem-solving.
Supervision you can put a number on
Every school group gets a 10:1 student-to-coordinator ratio — a group of 100 students has around 10 trained coordinators leading activities, managing transitions and supporting teachers, in monitored play zones. And 2 accompanying teachers are hosted complimentary, with more accommodated on request, so educators can focus on the students rather than the logistics.
How the day runs
- 9:30 AM — Welcome & briefing. Wristbands, grouping and safety rules.
- 10:00 AM — Active play, phase one. Free play, games and agility tracks.
- 11:30 AM — Team challenges, phase two. Collaborative games and focus activities.
- 12:15 PM — Fuel up. Healthy snacks from our FSSAI-certified in-house kitchen — included, nothing for the school to arrange.
- 1:30 PM — Star meet & greet. Class photos with Jevika & Joy, then departure.
Timings are flexible on request.
Transport & logistics
Most schools arrange their own buses; if it helps, Botfit can assist in coordinating transport through trusted vendors, and our team works with the school on arrival and departure timings either way. Location pins, parking guidance and arrival instructions are shared before the visit — the venue has dedicated parking and sits a short ride from the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro stations.
When to book
School-trip season runs July to March, and the calendar fills fastest in August–November and January–March — early bookings get priority scheduling and group discounts. Special trips also run during summer camps and holiday programmes, subject to availability.
