The short answer
A birthday party at Botfit starts at ₹1,099 per person, with a minimum of 20 guests and prices exclusive of GST. That is ₹21,980 for a 20-guest party — and that figure already includes hosting, games, food, cake setup and the whole venue. There is no separate charge for adults.

Superstar adds custom theme decoration, a themed cake table and a customised digital standee. Legend adds full venue decor, a gun shooting activity, a tattoo artist for groups over 30 — and a live appearance from Jevika & Joy, our own celebration heroes, who welcome the children, join the games and appear at the cake cutting.
What “unlimited” actually means
This is the part most parents get caught out by elsewhere, so to be precise about ours: the numbers above are how many menu items you choose, not how many portions anyone gets. Pick your 3 starters, and those 3 starters keep coming for as long as your guests want them. Unlimited servings, from the menu you select.
What genuinely costs extra
Three things, and nothing else:
- Themed decor — ₹5,000. A full custom theme: premium backdrop, designer balloon installation, name foil letters, floor balloon styling, character standees and cake table decor. Basic decor and a standard cake table are already included at every tier.
- Entertainment acts — from ₹3,500, priced per act. Tattoo artist ₹3,500 · bracelet making ₹3,500 · bubble act ₹4,000 · puppet show ₹4,000 · nail art ₹4,000 · hair beading ₹4,500 · Charlie Chaplin ₹4,500 · magic show ₹5,000 · face painting ₹5,000 · ball pool ₹6,000 · bouncy ₹6,000 · art and craft ₹6,000 · caricature ₹7,000 · photographer ₹7,000.
- Non-veg menu — +₹150 on starters, +₹200 on main course, per person, as an add-on to any package.

Five questions worth asking any venue
Whoever you end up booking, these are the questions that decide what you actually pay. Our answers are below each one.
- Is a host included, or is it an add-on? At Botfit a dedicated host and coordinator are in the base price. Nobody hands you a speaker and wishes you luck.
- Is the food unlimited, or portioned per child? Ours is unlimited servings of the items you choose.
- Are adults charged separately? Not here — one per-person rate covers everyone, and parents are pulled into the games rather than parked at a table.
- Is decor included or extra? Basic decor is included; a full themed setup is a flat ₹5,000.
- What is the deposit, and is it refundable? Ours is ₹5,000, non-refundable, but adjustable against a future date if you postpone.
The honest summary
We are not trying to be the cheapest venue in Gurgaon. We are trying to be the one where the quoted number is close to the final number — because hosting, games, food and the venue are all already in it. For most families that lands somewhere between ₹22,000 and ₹30,000 for a 20-guest party, and they know that figure before they book rather than after.
